Define and execute sales and account strategies focused on the strategic development and long-term growth of customer relationships in the international automotive and industrial sectors

Take end-to-end responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from requirements analysis and proposal creation to contract negotiation and post-sales account management

Initiate, coordinate, and manage the quotation and contract process, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and company goals

Develop and implement customer support, retention, and acquisition measures; create and execute individual customer sales plans including potential, targets, and timelines

Coordinate cross-functional project and sales teams, define product requirements, and contribute to marketing initiatives and customer-facing events

Drive the continuous enhancement of our product offerings to meet customer expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction and solution quality
Das gesuchte Profil

Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of relevant professional experience in sales and key account management

In-depth understanding of automotive corporate structures and industry-specific processes

Strong knowledge of the international automotive and industrial ecosystem, including the M2M/IoT market and its key players

Familiarity with automotive-specific connectivity solutions, IoT products, and a well-rounded telecommunications background

Up-to-date awareness of telecom trends and innovations in the automotive sector

Established executive network, including experience engaging with senior stakeholders (up to C-level)

Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships on a national and international level

Several years of successful B2B sales experience, both in new business development (hunting) and existing account growth (farming)

Skilled in managing complex, cross-functional projects and high-value sales engagements

Experience in leading technical and virtual sales teams

Confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills tailored to senior audiences

Comfortable working in international, intercultural, and virtual environments

Business fluent in English and French, with basic proficiency in German
