Aufgaben As Interim Manager I am prepared to coach management staff, to help to create new business start-ups and in particular to form and support sales managers and sales teams. LAST INTERIM MANAGER PROJECT 2. Interim Manager (Management Advisor & Project Manager) digame mobile GmbH; Task: Management Advisor & Project Manager Infrastructure; help & coordinate activities to move / relocate company to its new business location including support / exercising contracting, procurement and asset management. Analyze current needs and proposals for maintained or new IT infrastructure, office equipment as well as required contracts and business obligations. Collect and analyze facts to enable efficient new contracting and procurement decisions. PREVIOUS INTERIM MANAGER PROJECTS 1. Interim Manager / Liquidator IT Development & Service Company; Task: b) Position: Liquidator. In continuation of the task I have performed prior to this new task, I have accepted new responsibility to act as "Liquidator" of that company. I have been asked, to initiate and complete the closing process (liquidation of a company) to shut down this company in Germany. For this purpose shareholders appointed me to perform all necessary actions on behalf of the company to the benefit of all parties (shareholders and employees). a) Position: General Manager (CEO). I was appointed Department Head & General Manager at a company providing IT development and services in Köln. The German subsidiary was a small-sized IT company with two managers (German, active as consultants) and a Dutch company as shareholders. The company's field of activities covered Oracle consultancy and development work; it operated in all market segments (companys main focus: telecommunications, logistics). Shortly after my appointment it became apparent that the company's structure and organization needed to be adapted. This requirement became clear by analyzing the relevant results of sales and performance. I made a constructive contribution to the subsequent deliberations on structure. Apart from consolidating, restructuring and realigning the company, I created and started a new sales cycle from scratch, undertook sales-oriented work myself (complex sales accounts) or supported and coordinated my staff in their sales activities. I personally attended to important contacts to ORACLE, with reputable manufacturers, partners and customers. Further, I took over responsibility for recruiting and overseeing the department's staff (consultants and administration). However, because of missing direct sales contacts/contracts and because of the financial crisis the shareholder decided nine month later to close the German business. I was appointed as Liquidator and I had to announce short-time working. A few months later all employee-contracts were cancelled and the staff had left the company. As a Liquidator I felt in particular responsible to keep / to increase the company value for the benefit of the shareholders, and, last but not least, to help my former co-worker to find a new job. I am looking forward to continue my line of business as Interim Manager in interesting companies. |
