Major Projects: Cognizant Technology Solutions Pune, India / Zurich, Switzerland Project: ESOS Client: Credit Suisse Financial Services Location: Zurich, Switzerland Period: Apr’11-Jun’11 Role: Requirements Engineer Description: The Employee Share Ownership Service Plan Management (ESOS PM) application provides comprehensive and state-of-the-art solution for the implementation & on-going management of equity compensation plan. The ESOS PM Application allows Credit Suisse to manage the Equity Based Compensation for its Corporate Clients. Role: Carried out entire testing and requirement gathering based activities inclusive of: • Eliciting & specifying business requirements • Understanding, analysing and documenting business requirements of clients • Creation of screens for new functionality with a tool called Balsamiq Mockups • Handing enhancement & maintenance of ESOS PM Application • Ensuring coordination in Test Management with the off-shore team Project: HECR Period: Jan’11-Mar’11 Role: Requirements Engineer Description: The goal of this Project was creation of a scalable, high-flexible, industry-leading reporting platform with an online and paper-reporting channel for institutional clients, UHNWIs and mandate clients with a total of 323 billion of assets under reporting. Role: Carried out entire testing and requirement gathering based activities inclusive of: • Eliciting & specifying business requirements • Understanding, analysing and documenting business requirements of clients • Creating screens for new functionality with a tool called Balsamiq Mockups • Development of Use Case for the assigned modules • Ensuring coordination in Test Management with the off-shore team Project: MAMBA Period: Aug’07-Dec’10 Role: Test Lead/Domain Expert Description: The client was in business of Managed Lending which is very similar to Securities Lending. The Client used Global One as a Book Keeping Application for its Managed Lending Business and its primary function was Trade/Return Capture, Automatic inter-company trade creation/linking, Client availability/portfolio capture, feed to back office settlement system, Settlement Capture-either directly in G1 or via feed, exposure/risk monitoring, Mark to market revaluation processing, Fee/Rebate(P & L) reporting etc. The aim of this assignment was to do exhaustive testing of the new application which was under development and ensure a smooth transition from G1 to the new application called Mamba. Role: Carried out entire testing and requirement gathering based activities inclusive of: • Identifying business scenarios and functional specifications for testing purpose • Test Program Scoping & Planning • Test Phase management comprising of function & application testing • Serving as Subject Matter Expert w.r.t. functional and non-functional testing • Test Case creation & packaging from High level FRD • Performing & coordinating Manual Test Execution (System & Integration) • Regression Testing • Defects & Issues Management thru HP Quality Centre • Status Reporting - Generating reports on a daily / weekly basis to track the project and defects status • Guiding Automation team to build regression suit for Automated Testing • Assisting business users through UAT
