- Facility & Housekeeping: Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with colocation provider guidelines.
- IT Service Management: Handling customer and provider tickets per ITIL standards.
- Logistics & Inventory: Managing deliveries, stock levels, and equipment tracking.
- Capacity & Asset Management: Preventing shortages and monitoring space, power, and trunking.
- Access & Provider Management: Escorting, verifying, and registering external technicians.
- Technical Support ("Smart Hands"): Diagnosing issues, replacing hardware, and troubleshooting IT problems.
- Incident & Event Management: Managing technical incidents and coordinating resolutions.
- 24/7 On-Call Support: Responding to critical issues outside business hours.
- Implementation & PDU Installation: Safe transport, setup, and cabling of IT equipment.
- Engineering & Change Management: Validating service requests, structured cabling, and ensuring project completion.
Das gesuchte Profil:
- Proficiency in English and French is desirable
- Experience in networking or data centers is desirable
