• Strong experience with OS imaging, re-imaging, and deployment
• Familiarity with imaging tools (e.g., Microsoft SCCM, Intune, or other deployment software).
• Proficient with device migration including system configuration.
• Knowledge of user account management and device enrollment (e.g., MDM, Active Directory, Azure AD).
• Experience with network configurations, troubleshooting, and ensuring device connectivity.
• Comfortable with common office software and applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Awareness of latest technologies and trends
• Knowledge of agile methodologies
• Must have the ability to identify and install industry best practices.
• Proven Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Create deep client impact
• Execution excellence

Sprachanforderungen

• Deutsch: Verhandlungssicher
• Englisch: Erweiterte Kenntnisse

Projektzeitraum und Beschreibung

Für die Pilot Phase wird nur 1 Techniker vor Ort sein, dieser Techniker soll den gesamten Rollout verfügbar sein um als Hauptansprechpartner für die Techniker vor Ort, dem Kunden und uns zu agieren. Dieser Techniker sollte sehr gute Englisch Skills und gewisse administrative Skills mitbringen, da wir den Kunden regelmäßig über den Fortschritt informieren müssen. Ob hier über ein Ticketsystem, per Excel Liste oder ein anderes Tool ist noch nicht final geklärt.

Der Hauptrollout soll mit mehreren Techniker bedient werden.

Wave 1 (02. – 27.06.2025)

Hamburg Lead Techniker + 3 Rollout Techniker

Osterroenfeld 1 Techniker (2-3 Wochen)

Wave 2 (30.06. – 25.07.2025)

Hamburg Lead Techniker + 2 Techniker

Wave 3 (28.07. – 22.08.2025)

Hamburg Lead Techniker + 1 Techniker

Dresscode

• engineer to be dressed in business casual every day of migration or as directed by the customer’s local site’s guidelines.  Business casuals are slacks or khakis and a collared or polo type shirt
