Target market: Top 250 companies in Germany Turn around management, transforming the company into a systems integrator in the fields of e-business, e-commerce, ERP, CRM, outsourcing, testing and network centre. Definition and execution of strategy. Definitions and establishing partner concepts with SUN, IBM, ASPs (e.g. Legato, I- Planet, Citrix, Cisco, 3Com) Restructuring the sales and marketing teams, redirecting them towards to the newly defined strategy, Reorganization of a new Professional Service devision.
